International Specialisterne Community

Specialisterne Foundation

Specialisterne Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation with the goal to generate meaningful employment for one million autistic/neurodivergent persons through social entrepreneurship, corporate sector engagement and a global change in mindset.

For public associations and foundations

Specialisterne is a social organization fully aligned with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and that seeks to maximize its social impact by cooperating with other organizations.

Therefore, beyond our own activity, we promote projects in collaboration with other social organizations and AA.PP. that in some way contribute to the inclusion of people with autism in the world of work.

As an example, thanks to the support of the Signe Foundation we have carried out a dissemination campaign in Spanish universities and we have prepared a guide for university students with autism and another for the teachers of these students.

Other foundations, such as the Orange Foundation or the Mapfre Foundation have collaborated with Specialisterne by providing financial resources and aid to people with autism who participate in our training courses.

In general, we seek cooperation with entities that want to contribute to generating a social impact, especially in the areas of education, job placement and support for groups that, such as autism, have challenges for their full inclusion in society.
