Specialist Employment Agency

Specialisterne is a Specialist Employment Agency, with definitive authorization prot. n. 0000172 of 17 December 2020, authorized to carry out the activity of staff administration, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/03 and subsequent modif. and integr. art. 4, paragraph 1, letter B.

Administration is a particular employment relationship in which an authorized agency (Specialisterne) makes available to a user (Specialisterne’s client and partner companies) one or more of its employees, who perform their own duties for the duration of the mission. activities in the interest and under the direction of the user (Article 30, Legislative Decree 81/2015).

It is a demanding choice that we have undertaken because it is the most functional for

  • achieve our job inclusion goals
  • protect Specialisterne employees
  • provide a competitive service to our client and partner companies

in full compliance with the laws in force.

Being ApL gives us the opportunity to integrate our employees into the workforce of our client companies through the “administration” of their work: this means working at the headquarters of our customers, in one of the company roles, within a team of work. This is important to us because our mission is real job inclusion.

Companies use the administration tool to flexibly expand their staff. This means multiplying the opportunities for job placement of people with Autism / Asperger’s.

Through the administration, companies have the opportunity to meet their flexibility needs but also to get to know a worker in the field during the mission, and then eventually consider hiring him directly in case of specific needs.

The administration also allows companies to comply with the obligations of Law 68/99 in the event that the worker can make use of the targeted placement.

Workers enjoy specific protections and for the entire duration of the mission to the user they are entitled to:

  • equal duties performed
  • economic and regulatory conditions as a whole not lower than those of employees of the same level as the user
  • benefit from the social and welfare services enjoyed by the user’s employees assigned to the same production unit

The Specialisterne employee also enjoys protection in the event that the mission at the client company should end. The permanent contract, in fact, guarantees continuity and further training to prepare for a new mission.
