Specialisterne Italia è parte di un gruppo di paesi – tra cui Brasile, Messico e Portogallo – che fanno capo agli uffici di Specialisterne España a Barcellona.
In Brazil, Specialisterne has been operating since 2015. The first adults with autism and/or other neurodivergent conditions began training in November 2015 and working in June 2016. In 2021, the number of people we provide employment in Brazil, considering projects in the cities of São Paulo, Hortolândia, Rio de Janeiro and São Leopoldo, it now amounts to more than 200 people.
Following the bases of other Specialisterne offices around the world, in Brazil we have already obtained recognition from some entities and organizations, which we thank for honoring the work we do in favor of the professional inclusion of people with autism, valuing neurodiversity in companies.
MUNICIPAL SEAL OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND DIVERSITY
Recognition for the 3rd consecutive year. The Seal is intended to recognize initiatives for diversity, inclusion and promotion of human rights implemented by public and private organizations in the city of São Paulo.
BEST COMPANIES AWARD FOR WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES
The award is intended to encourage constant improvements in the initiatives of companies across the state, especially in relation to increasing opportunities for quality formal work for this audience.
INCLUSIVE ACTIONS AWARD FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The objective is to identify and publicly recognize the best inclusive actions for people with disabilities, within the State and municipalities, carried out by public managers and civil society organizations.
ODS AWARD OF THE BRAZIL NETWORK OF THE GLOBAL COMPACT
Our practice of inclusion of people with autism in the labor market, through the Neurodiversity Appreciation project, received the ODS Award (Sustainable Development Goals) from Rede Brasil of the Global Compact, as the best experience among small and medium-sized Brazilian companies.
ABSENTEEISM MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL REHABILITATION AWARD
The competition aims to distinguish and recognize the best practices and technologies in absenteeism management and professional rehabilitation/rehabilitation, accessibility and social inclusion.
